Introduction
The National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, partnered with Posterity Consulting to address the growing demand for skilled professionals in emerging technologies. This initiative, part of a government-funded program, aimed to train individuals for roles as AI Data Quality Analysts and Drone Service Technicians. Allocated a target of 240 trainees, the project commenced with the launch of two batches, each consisting of 35 candidates for the AI Data Quality Analyst role, bringing the total number of trainees to 70. Training of Trainers (ToT) certified trainers lead the sessions to ensure high-quality instruction. The project is set to be completed by August 2024, with job confirmations for the candidates upon successful completion.

Approach
The training program was strategically implemented in Agra due to its growing potential in technology and services, alongside its rich cultural heritage. Agra is emerging as a hub for educational and professional development. The project focuses on AI Data Quality Analysts, who ensure data accuracy in rapidly growing AI applications, and Drone Service Technicians, vital for drone operations across various industries. These roles were chosen to equip trainees with high-demand skills, fostering a workforce ready for a technology-driven future. The project features world-class infrastructure with state-of-the-art facilities and certified trainers, offering rigorous Training of Trainers (ToT) programs. It includes advanced digital equipment, self-paced learning tools (LMS, E-learning), and simulation labs for practical training in AI data analysis and drone operations.
Outcomes Expected
The project is designed to improve the quality of life for underprivileged socio-economic groups. Upon completion in August 2024, the trained individuals are expected to secure job confirmations, significantly boosting their employability and career prospects. The holistic training approach, incorporating technical skills, communication enhancement, and overall personality development, ensured that the candidates are well-prepared for the professional world. Drone service technicians bring new techniques to the agricultural industry, such as precision farming, crop monitoring, and pesticide spraying, equipping trainees with relevant skills for modern farming practices.
Additional activities such as PMKVY kit distribution, guest lectures, industry visits, group discussions, and personal interviews (GDPI) complement the technical training, providing a well-rounded educational experience. Competitions and assignments, like drawing contests and Excel exercises, engage trainees and promote a practical understanding of their roles. This comprehensive training program aims not only to meet the immediate employment needs of the trainees but also to contribute to the long-term economic development of the region.
