CSR - Corporate Social Responsibility Professional

We are seeking a dynamic and driven CSR professional with a strong emphasis on all facets of corporate social responsibility. The ideal candidate will be deeply committed to social causes and possess both strategic thinking and effective execution skills to drive measurable CSR initiatives aligned with our organization’s mission and stakeholder expectations.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Comprehensive Research
Conduct thorough research on both private and government entities, covering their business operations, profitability, revenue, headquarters, and overall organizational profile. Identify and collect details of key decision-makers such as Heads of CSR and General Managers of CSR, including their accurate contact information.

2. Organizational Outreach & Introduction
Initiate contact with targeted organizations through telephone or virtual meetings. Present Posterity’s expertise, proven track record, key achievements, and portfolio, ensuring a strong first impression and laying the groundwork for professional collaboration.

3. Meeting Coordination & Relationship Management
Arrange and conduct meetings—virtually or in person—with relevant stakeholders. Focus on building and maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial relationships to ensure successful client onboarding.

4. Proposal Development
Prepare tailored proposals that address client-specific needs, ensuring they are shared promptly to support effective decision-making and drive potential partnerships.

5. Stakeholder Management
Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing timely and transparent updates on progress, challenges, and outcomes.

Secondary Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution
Create detailed project plans, define deliverables, allocate responsibilities, and oversee task execution. Assess team capabilities and monitor performance to ensure projects are delivered on time and to expected standards.

Site Audits & Quality Assurance
Carry out site inspections and audits as required, supervising on-ground operations to ensure compliance with quality standards. Manage end-to-end project delivery, including logistics, quality control, and necessary inspections.
