Job Description:
As an expert SAP ABAP developer he/she should understand business processes and technical
architecture of SAP landscape and define/suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules. Your
area of responsibility will extend to deep technology root cause analysis, performance improvement
and source code auditing.
The candidate will work in an international, distributed and multi-functional team; using an agile
mind-set and methodology.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and maintain solutions as per the requirements based on development guidelines.
● Understand technical architecture of SAP landscape
● Apply/suggest SAP best practices and Golden rules.
● Perform deep dive root cause analysis and performance improvement
● Perform source code auditing.
● Performance Tuning – ability to analyse and fine tune existing programs.
● Excellent communication skills as required to engage customers on requirements and
delivery.
● Able to Understand the end to end life cycle of the project
● Able to work proactively and collaborate with multi-function teams throughout the project
life cycle.
● Good problem solving and analytical skills
● Customer facing skill. Working with European customers
Requirements:
1) Graduate with 3 to 6 years of experience in ABAP Development.
2) At least 2 years of experience, preferably more, in SAP UI5 application development.
3) Interfaces: Webservices, ALE/IDOC, RFC, Proxis
a. Able to design, develop, debug interfaces to and from System
b. Design, develop and maintain custom developments in SAP
c. Substantial experience in performance tuning programs that are time/resource
intensive
d. Ability to set up new interfaces and solve issues/bugs in existing interfaces. Also,
solve issues related to SAP-XI/PI integration.
4) Worked in any of the following SAP modules: MM,WM,EWM,QM,SD
5) Expertise in atleast one of the programming language - HTML5, JAVA /J2EE, JQuery, Java Script, JSON and XML.
