TCS – Workforce Cuts & AI Shift
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced that it is moving towards a GenAI- and automation-driven delivery model.

At the same time, TCS is investing heavily in AI upskilling for its workforce, training employees to use GenAI tools and redesign workflows.
